Our Lighthouse package includes 8 hours of wedding day coverage with both photo and video to fully capture your day. You’ll receive 800+ edited images, a 10–15 minute cinematic film, a 90-second highlight reel, and drone footage for stunning aerial perspectives. A second photographer and videographer are included to ensure no moment is missed.

We’ll also create a custom timeline together to make the day feel seamless and stress-free. As part of your package, you’ll enjoy a complimentary engagement session (a $450 value). If you decide not to use it, the package price remains the same.

Within 72 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 50 images and a 30-second teaser film, and all of your final photos will be delivered in a private downloadable online gallery with access to a professional print shop.

MOONLIGHT

The Moonlight package includes 6 hours of wedding day coverage with both photo and video to beautifully preserve your celebration. You’ll receive 600+ edited images, a 5–10 minute cinematic film, and a 1-minute highlight reel.

Together, we’ll design a custom timeline to keep your day stress-free and flowing seamlessly. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 50 images and a 30-second teaser film, so you can relive the magic right away.

Your full gallery will be delivered in a private, downloadable online collection with access to a professional print shop for high-quality, lasting keepsakes.

SUNBREAK

The Sunbreak package offers 3 hours of wedding day coverage, perfect for elopements, micro-weddings, or intimate celebrations. Your day will be documented with 300+ edited images, a 3–5 minute cinematic film, and a 1-minute highlight reel.

We’ll create a custom timeline together to ensure your time is effortless and well-paced. Within 72 hours, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 50 images and a 30-second teaser film, giving you an early glimpse of your memories.

Your full gallery will be delivered in a private, downloadable online collection with access to a professional print shop for timeless prints and keepsakes.

01 DO WE NEED A SECOND SHOOTER?

Second shooters are great to have if it's a larger wedding of 150+ people or if you have multiple locations. You can always add them later on when your timeline is decided!

02 HOW MANY PHOTOS AND HOW LONG OF A VIDEO WILL WE GET?

We don't guarantee a specific number of photos or length of video but trust us, it will be a lot and the video will include the best moments of your day! To us, the small moments mean just as much as the big ones. We aim to deliver 50-100 photos per hour of coverage and a 5-10 minute cinematic reel for 6 hours of film coverage. This also includes a one minute highlight reel, with the option to add-on a vertical, social media version! Every image and video delivered to you is finished, without watermark, and ready to be downloaded and shared from a personalized gallery.

03 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE PHOTOS AND VIDEO BACK?

It takes us 6-8 weeks to edit weddings, and 3-4 weeks to edit engagement sessions. We’ll make sure you get some sneak peeks within 72 hours!

04 HOW DOES TRAVEL WORK FOR DESTINATION WEDDINGS?

If your wedding requires a flight, we find the best price and charge accordingly and fairly. As each destination wedding location is unique, we don't charge by the hour for travel time.

Any venue 40 miles outside of Sacramento is charged at the government standard of $.70 per mile

05 CAN YOU HELP WITH OUR TIMELINE?

Of course! We have experience in event coordination and having a well-thought-out timeline is key to a stress-free day. We'll make sure your day is timed so that everything you want photographed is captured.

06 DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE

Yes, we have liability insurance! We understand the importance of protecting our clients and ourselves. Having liability insurance provides peace of mind for both parties involved. If you have any specific concerns or questions regarding liability insurance, please feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to provide more details.

07 WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS LIKE?

Reach out to us! We will schedule a call to get to know each other and talk through the different packages and add ons.

Once you’ve chosen the best package for your event, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit with signed contract to secure your date on our calendar. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to your event date with the scheduling of a final timeline call. All payments can be made online and are subject to a 3% late fee.

08 HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance to ensure your date is secured, especially during peak seasons. For portrait sessions, 1–3 months is usually enough time to plan and prepare. That said, life doesn’t always follow a timeline, so if your date is coming up quickly, don’t hesitate to reach out. We may still have availability and will do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries!
